Have you ever heard about the term pareidolia? It is described as the tendency to interpret a vague stimulus as something known to the observer, such as seeing shapes in clouds, seeing faces in inanimate objects or abstract patterns, or hearing hidden messages in music.

To determine its severity, however, we need more tests. As such, we’ve compiled a series of images in which your mind might perceive a pattern that isn't actually there. But don't worry if your score is high. Scientists believe that this kind of subconscious information processing accelerates judgment and decision making when a fast reaction is needed. And this ability, as much as we use it for recognizing human emotions, also helps to determine the demeanour of wildlife.
