If you’re a child of the 60’s or 70’s you’ll probably remember I Dream of Jeannie, an American fantasy sitcom starring Barbara Eden as a 2,000-year-old genie and Larry Hagman as an astronaut who becomes her master, with whom she falls in love and eventually marries.

Vietnamese Artist Semi Imes has brought the genie concept back to life, with his ‘dumb comics‘ based on a wise and generous genie, and they are proving to be a huge hit for their simplicity and wholesome message.
