Winter is here and so are the memes – the final season of Game of Thrones premiered on Sunday and it was everything fans could have hoped for and more. As soon as the familiar scratch of the HBO intro segued into the opening score thrones lovers erupted around the world, with their eyes and phones open ready to post and share. And boy was there a lot to share. 

From the Lannister's being de-throned as the messiest family in the 7 kingdoms (ok Jon Snow didn't know it was his aunt), to Bran sitting around sipping tea at all the drama waiting for his nemesis to arrive, to Cersei plotting on Euron Greyjoy (or is it the other way around?) and Sam finding out his best friends girl/aunt killed his family.
