To gaze or not to gaze

Artist creates collages out of old pop movies and quirky eyes

Artur Parutkin is a digital Artist from Russia. His main work is to do video collages out of cultural pop references throughout the movie history. He incorporates his quirky video generated eyes and gives them new life inside other dystopic worlds.

His artworks represent a dark view of the near future trying to grasp the zeitgeist. In order to hint and create a discourse about modern technology and the implication of possible surveillance in our own households.

Get amused by the surprises the clips offers to you and go ahead when you want to be part of a new era of the contemporary art form, not limited to museums or the public room.
