Tsunami From Heaven – Timelapse Video Shows Storm Dumping Tons of Water in Austria

Our world is a beautiful and breathtaking place. Often times, this beauty can be very challenging to capture on film.

However, there are a few rare moments that have been documented throughout the years that we can enjoy now thanks to social media.

This footage was captured by an amateur filmmaker during his stay at the Lake Millsatt in Austria.

Peter Maier, a 27 year old man from Switzerland, was able to film the exact moment of a weather anomaly known as a wet microburst.

He described the view, which took place from his hotel balcony, as a “tsunami from heaven.” I can only imagine what it must have felt like to witness something so glorious first hand.
