Celebrate International Left Handers Day With Photos That Reveal The Horrors Of Being Left-Handed

In case you didn’t realize, it was International Left Handed Day yesterday.  Yes, there is a day to celebrate almost anything and everything!

Despite left-handed people now being thought of as highly intelligent, the English word left comes from the Old English lyft, meaning idle, weak or useless. Famous left-handers, including Prince William, former US President Barack Obama and Greek philosopher Aristotle.

Unfortunately for lefties, who make up about 10 percent of the population, society seems to have forgotten about them. Right-handed gadgets, awkwardly designed desks, cooking tools that fit comfortably in your right hand, etc, are all geared to the righties.

To celebrate International Left Hand Day, we’ve put together a collection of problems that the modern leftie has to face. Can you relate? Then let us know in the comments below and don’t forget to vote. Happy International Left-Handers Day everybody!
