In one of the more interesting designs we’ve seen in a while, Argentinian architect Aldana Ferrer Garcia has created a concept for an extending window that allows apartment-dwellers to enjoy the sky from their oft-cramped quarters. The “More Sky” windows all swing or otherwise extend out from the wall to create cozy seated alcoves.

According to Garcia, the project “provides visual relief, access to sunlight and fresh air for small apartments” and is a response to “current needs in densely populated cities.”

What do you think? Would you like this in your place?
